A vocal and guitar duo from Orlando, FL, Brian + Hannah seamlessly blend the timeless harmony of Jazz, grooves of modern R&B, and heart of Soul to reimagine adored classics and craft a new sound in contemporary music with an improvisatory spirit and electric chemistry.
Recently named Winter Garden’s Best Local Band of 2024 by The Local readers poll, Brian + Hannah began playing together in 2019 and since have developed their unique style inspired by Jazz, Soul, R&B, and Motown music.
Their debut single “Star Gaze”, which features TEC Colbert on drums and Bryce Hayes on bass, is a feel-good contemporary soul tune about feeling the stars align when meeting the gaze of the one you love.
Brian George is a guitarist, composer, and arranger from Miami, FL. Brian is a graduate of the Rollins College Department of Music and has been performing in the Orlando area for over 10 years with bands of all styles and genres. His roots in Jazz, Gospel, and Blues flavor all of his musical endeavors and create an engaging and tasteful blend of forces in his playing style.
Hannah Stokes is a vocalist and songwriter from Orlando, FL. Also a graduate of the Rollins College Department of Music, Hannah began her musical journey in the DIY folk tradition and gradually branched out into Jazz and soul during her education. Hannah has been awarded the Orlando Weekly readers poll title of Best Singer-Songwriter for 3 years in a row and is a 3-time winner of the Central Florida Jazz Society Scholarship Award for her outstanding improvisation and interpretation of the Great American songbook.
